Our Strategy
The Structure Equity approach represents a bundled investment in a company’s debt and equity
securities. In addition to having characteristics that are attractive to investors, Structured
Equity is also attractive to existing shareholders.
Our Approach
We are seeking to invest in middle market companies with
growth oriented management, with a history of increasing operating
profitability, in which we can make a tangible value contribution to develop
them into significantly larger enterprises.
